We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately after placing your order. We cannot guarantee modifications once the order has been processed or shipped.


Failed Delivery Attempts

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Refusal to accept delivery

the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos/videos of the package and damaged item(s)

We will review the issue and assist with a replacement or resolution where applicable.
